This is my Final Major Project

My final Major project is about Mental Health. I have choose to do a podcast about mental health. I feel like this was a topic which isn't portrayed enough on the media. So I decided to create a podcast about mental health and relate it back to our topic of time and how time is of the essence and that people should speak up about mental health.
